The Professionally Qualified Person card is for members of CSCS-approved professional bodies and is valid for five years.
Membership is required to be renewed annually and the above evidence must confirm membership for the current calendar year and the level of membership held. Failure to renew, or revocation of, a Professional Membership may result in a card being cancelled without notice.
This card cannot be renewed. On expiry, please apply for a new Professionally Qualified Person card. Applications to renew existing cards will be rejected.
